FLS Transport: more than $200,000 raised in 4 years

FLS Transport is a major partner of Make-A-Wish Quebec. For the last 4 years, the company has organized an annual gala to raise funds to help us fulfill our mission of granting life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. In total, more than $200,000 was given back to the Foundation.

Festive volunteering opportunity : come wrap presents for the holidays!

From December 1st to 24th, we are looking for lively volunteers to wrap presents to benefit Make-A-Wish Quebec. We are present in five shopping malls : Alexis Nihon, Carrefour Industrielle Alliance, Eaton Center, Place Longueuil and Place Montréal Trust.

48-HOUR RIDE Make-A-Wish Quebec : $ 1,614,000 raised

It is with much emotion that the Make-a-Wish team has closed the 11th edition of the 48-HOUR RIDE on Sunday afternoon. This year, more than 1 300 cyclists took over the ICAR circuit and a part of the Montréal-Mirabel airport in order to raise funds to grant wishes for children who suffer from life-threatening diseases. Thanks to their efforts and their commitment, a total of $1,614,000 was raised!

A Partnership That Goes A Long Way

Make-A-Wish Quebec is proud to count on FlightHub's collaboration to fulfill the wishes of grand travelers.

For the third consecutive year, the online travel company is teaming up with the Foundation to offer magical moments to critically ill children and their families. This year, FlightHub graciously donated flights to Europe for three wish families, for a total of twelve tickets, in addition to covering a portion of the cost of five tickets to Asia.

Ferrari Dream Drive : mission accomplished

On a nice sunny day, an impressive Ferrari convoy drove around the West Island streets with very special co-drivers: our wish children who dreamed to ride in an exotic car. The event, which took place on August 20, was made possible thanks to a first partnership between Made-A-Wish Quebec and The Ferrari Club of America – Quebec Chapter.

A Success for Rope for Hope

The 4th edition of the Rope for Hope event took place on May 26th. Despite the rain and the wind, a great ambiance was at the rendezvous and nearly 80 participants showed courage while rappelling the 29 floors of 700 de la Gauchetière West. Thanks to everyone involved, we raised $175,000! A huge thank you for your participation. As the site remains open until June 30, it is not too late to collect donations.
